□ Maintains effective working knowledge of gaming information management support systems.
□ Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel. □ Experience with and knowledge of applicable regulatory reporting and compliance requirements. □ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required with a minimum of one year of experience within area assigned to work. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Greets customers and welcomes them to the property and provides information and/or answers questions. Greets, answers questions, and provides directions.
Serves as the initial and final contact for guests visiting the casino or bar/tavern.
This position is responsible for the safety and well-being of guests and fellow employees.
